We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery

Condition: Items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging

Non-returnable items: Opened or used wellness, aromatherapy, skincare, and pet care products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

Process: Email us at 4MindfulOrganic@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once approved, ship the item back at your expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged/defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
